Annual Notifications

In the October bill, we inserted numerous customer education messages.  Some we are legally obligated to provide, some we just think you might find useful.  Did you know you can add your cell phone to the Do-Not-Call Registry?  This is just one of the useful pieces of information you can gain from the insert.  Other topics include: avoiding illegal media downloads, Consumer Privacy Policy, Kansas Relay Center services for hearing impaired, and how to resolve pay-per-call disputes.
